Everyone wants to lose weight but many people have tried and failed. It is a petty if you have spent so much time and research to develop your weight loss exercise plans and it all comes to waste. And instead of looking at why they failed, maybe we can focus on which stage of the weight loss plan did they failed. Week 1:
This is the first stage of your program that most people will likely fail to start or fail to last the whole week. For starters, when many people choose to lose weight, they will tend to tell themselves they will start tomorrow or start on a Monday. And many times, the day to start keeps getting push to the next week and so on.
And if you did start, the temptations of food, the old habits of eating will continue to haunt you as you struggle to resist eating your favorite food, and have to settle those boring salad diets that you have been told to eat.
Week 2:
This is the period which your body have adjusted to the shift in diet and exercise. You start feeling good, and naturally motivated to exercise. No problems for this week.
Week 3:
This could be your make-or-break week. You may be wondering why. The reason is because after 2 weeks of feeling healthy and exercising well, the idea of taking a break from these diet and exercise will start to sink in. You may start telling yourself that you deserve a good break after all the hard work in the first 2 weeks. And the moment you succumbed to this idea, all your hard work will be down the smoke because this one break will start becoming frequent.
Week 4:
It depends on your outcome of week 3. You may be able to resist the ideas on week 3 but week 4, you will still face the same temptations. But the crucial portion is when you are able to convince yourself that you should not give up and continues to work hard. If your mentality at this stage continues to motivate you to lose weight, your passage to weight loss for the coming month will be maintain and you can "sort of" pass the test.
