The best thing to do for reduction of LDL cholesterol levels is to reduce the intake of high cholesterol foods while also consuming a couple of glasses of green tea per day.
4. Oatmeal
Not just oatmeal, but in general, foods with a high contents of dietary fiber can help with reduction of serum cholesterol. The texture of digested and partially digested fiber prevents the recycling of the cholesterol at intestinal level, as cholesterol sticks to the fiber particles.
